Built by James White as a Sash and Door factory, with steam driven line shafting and platform hoist to the second floor and later used as a car hoist after the conversion to a machine shop and garage in 1910. The building now serves as the Carberry Museum.

The extensive artifact collections include paintings from the eccentric Criddle-Vane family and memorabilia from famous former residents Tommy Douglas, Stanley Knowles and WW1 pilot Wop May. The museum also includes extensive sports memorabilia from all eras and many decade-specific collections.
