The Purple Heart Memorial is located on Prospect Street between Washington Street and Southbridge Street as part of the Veterans Corridor Memorial. It was unveiled on November 11, 2011. The last of the 60 names was finished on September 10, 2014. The monument was donated to Auburn’s Veterans Memorial Corridor by the Military Order of the Purple Heart.
