The Louis F. Trafton house at 930 Main Street, Sanford (formerly 226 Main Street), was occupied by Createau's Photography Studio for many years. The Louis F. Trafton house at 930 Main Street, Sanford (formerly 226 Main Street), was occupied by Createau's Photography Studio for many years. Most of the structure is original, and it remains one of the few large historic homes in Sanford.

The Createau's sold the house on July 28, 2004. The house is 2 and a half stories tall with a wrap-around porch and rounded iconic columns. He lived in Sanford in 1940 at the age of 68 with his wife, May. Once he sold the house to the Createau's, they then sold it to another family.
