Orrin Roberts' Blacksmith Shop, was created in 1892 by Orrin S. Roberts. He died on August 7,1902. It stood behind the present-day Sanford City Hall on what is now Roberts Street. This image has appeared in several local books including the bicentennial "History of Sanford."It is now Sanford-Springvale Society Center.

Orrin Roberts' Blacksmith Shop, was created in 1892 by Orrin S. Roberts. He died on August 7, 1902, he was buried at Oakdale Cemetery in Sanford. It stood behind the present-day Sanford City Hall on what is now Roberts Street. This image has appeared in several local books including the bicentennial "History of Sanford."It is now Sanford-Springvale Society Center. Orrin Roberts' Blacksmith shop was open for more than 200 years. This Building is so historical pictures of this building are selling over 11,000 have sold.
