23 Wall Street, also known as "The Corner," is an office building situated in Manhattan's Financial District at the intersection of Wall Street and Broad Street. The structure was designed by architectural firm Trowbridge and Livingston. Construction of the building was completed in 1913 and the structure served as the headquarters of J.P. Morgan & Co. until 1989. The building, and neighboring 15 Broad Street, were sold by the company in 2003 for $100 million dollars. The structure has since been converted into a residential housing unit, complete with a rooftop pool and garden.

The building was so well known as the headquarters of J.P. Morgan & Co. – the "House of Morgan" – that it was deemed unnecessary to mark the exterior with the Morgan name.
