The Church History Museum’s Evenings at the Museum program provides special lectures and events throughout the year. Past lecturers have included General Authorities, artists, musicians, researchers, and many others. These programs are open to the public, though reservations may be required.

Scheduled around the time of General Conference and holidays, visitors to the museum and participate in the Living History Program where they will see docents in period dress giving special presentations and demonstrations reflecting the Church's pioneer heritage. Past presentations have included Blacksmiths, printing, butter-churning, tinsmiths, rag-doll making, storytelling, and musical performances.
