Barberville Pioneer Settlement

The Barberville Pioneer Settlement, created in 1976 by several Volusia County teachers, is a non profit organization focused on preserving the pioneer spirit. This settlement creates a historical village setting that illustrates life in rural Florida in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, with many different historically significant buildings on its property, such as Huntington Post Office, Print Shop, Blacksmith Shop, and Seminole Villages. This non profit provides visitors with tours and events, including the annual Fall Country Jamboree.
