Built in 1904 by George P. Wild and used as a warehouse,horse stable, and hardware store. The second story was added in 1921, and in 1937, Ervin Franzel moved his Slinger Pharmacy and grocery business from the site it earlier occupied (four buildings east), and added a soda fountain, the first in Slinger.
