The Casey House is a historic house on the Baxter County Fairgrounds in Mountain Home Arkansas. It was built in 1858 and is still at its original location. The house is a well-preserved local example of a dog trot house, a typical Arkansas pioneer house. The Casey House is the oldest existing house in Mountain Home Arkansas. The house is unusual because of the materials used in its construction. It was the home of Colonel Randolph D. Casey, who is considered one of the first citizens of Mountain Home.

The Casey House was built by Colonel Randolph D. Casey, who was considered one of the first citizens of Mountain Home Arkansas. The house was built in the traditional dog-trot style. The style offers two large rooms on either side of the house, separated by an open breezeway through the middle. Colonel Randolph D. Casey built this house in 1855 as his home. He had previously served in the 124th Tennessee Militia, where he earned his rank as a Colonel. Casey was involved with the Cherokee tribe to the Indian nation as well. On the same lot as the Casey House, about 20 years after it was constructed, Casey built the first Mountain Home square store.
