Before the 18th century, there were meadows and morass in this area. Lots of people are attracted due to the convenient infrastructure and safe and beautiful environment. There were once some well-known residents in this apartment, including Bulgarian resistance fighter Krystana Iwanowa Janeway and preacher Wilhelm Klemperer.
