Completed in the spring of 2021, Francis Hall, a residence hall on St. Bonaventure University's campus, underwent a 17.5 million dollar renovation. The first floor of the building is now designated as the home of the School of Health Professions. The remaining floors, which function as undergraduate dormitories, received renovations as well. Perhaps the biggest change within Francis Hall was the construction of Freshens, a new cafe housed on the building's first floor. This replaced a former dining location known as Francis Cafe.

Francis Hall was built in 1951 and designated as the Christ The King Seminary. In 1974, the seminary combined with St. John's Seminary in East Aurora, New York and closed its doors. Upon Francis Hall's closing, St. Bonaventure University acquired the building. Francis Hall was converted into a multipurpose building, housing both student dormitories and faculty offices. Similar to how the building is structured today, faculty offices were on the first floor and above were dormitories. The rooms available to students were single rooms and greatly increased the amount of living space for university students. Francis Hall would remain unchanged until the 2021 renovations.
