Serving as a stark reminder that the areas of Scotstoun and further afield Clydebank were targets in World War II, this Nissen Hut still remains intact.
These huts were originally invented and built as housing for troops in WW1, being extremely transportable and easily assembled
In WWII the huts were used as shelters for bombed out civilians and many still remain intact with a variety of different uses
