Located two miles west of Newburg, Missouri, on County Highway P a half mile north on a dirt road.

The Ozark Iron Furnace Stack, which is pyramidal in form, is constructed of hard, compact, fine-grained sandstone blocks. The stack is approximately 40 feet high, faces east, and is built on a solid rock foundation at the base of the north bluff of the Little Piney River. This river, which flows west to east, is located about one-forth of a mile south of the furnace. Located about 50 feet south of the furnace is the St. Louis-San Francisco Railroad.
