Description

Built in the early 1850s, this two-story Greek Revival was originally located 8 miles west of Washington in Columbus. In the 1980s, the Pioneer Washington Restoration Foundation moved it to this location as it closely resembles the A.B. Williams house that sat on the same site. The detached James Clardy kitchen was moved from Centerpoint in Howard County. The smokehouse was built on David M. Goodlett’s property in Ozan, and relocated to Washington where it was restored. This house is owned by the Pioneer Washington Restoration Foundation.
