The Great Plains Transportation Museum is an all volunteer museum with the mission to preserve & convey the unique history of railroading in the Great Plains through acquisition, restoration, research, exhibition, and education. It features thirteen rolling stock including engines and cars on display outside; visitors are allow to climb inside many of these. Inside, several kinds of artifacts are on display including railroad prints, signs, lanterns, and tools.
