Housed in a former fire station, the Floral City Heritage Hall Museum is dedicated to preserving the history of Flora City and Citrus county. Opened in 2009, it features exhibits, a library, media area, and a 'country store' where people can buy items not always found elsewhere such as feather dusters and antique toys. The museum displays numerous artifacts and photographs. Some of the photographs date to the 1880s and are believed to be the oldest pictures of Floral City.
