A single story plain ranch house sheathed in wood shiplap siding. The building is a simple rectangular and unadorned structure and a rare example of an owner built vernacular style during the last decades of the 19th Century. Robert Pollard built the home, held many important public posts, and was elected County Coroner in 1877.
