Resource No. 93, Built between 1891 and 1901 for William Shipsey, attorney, served as Mayor of San Luis Obispo, 1898-1901, City Attorney and Assistant D.A. The home is on the National Register of Historic Places for its association with Shipsey and because it is a rare surviving example of vernacularized Eastern Stick architectural style.
