Resource No. 13, Queen Anne with Neo-Classic elements built between 1903 and 1905 for Edward Stanton, officer for the Pacific Coast Railroad, and his wife, Irene Josephine Dana, daughter of County pioneer Charles Wm. Dana, who was a long-time County Clerk and Mayor in 1881. Notable features include covered porch, gas entrance lanterns, curved and stained glass windows and ornate woodworking.
