Built by a doctor originally from Conaway, Tyler County, the Parks building is Middlebourne's only 3 story commercial building. Once housing a bank, the local Knights of Pythias lodge, and several law offices, it is now owned by the county and shelters the Magistrate and Prosecuting Attorney's office.
