Although Zwei was opened in only 2014, this Fort Collins brewery run by two brothers dug its roots deep into Colorado's German beer heritage. A unique brewery in that it is not only German similar to most Colorado and American breweries but also that they experiment with a variety of craft beers. With their traditional German style beers adhering to reinheitsgebot, a German beer purity law stating beers should be made with just four ingredients. Embodying the history of beer in Fort Collins both old and new.
