Operated by the Imperial County Historical Society which was established in 1928, this museum offers galleries that preserve and share the history of the people of the various ethnic communities of the community. The museum also includes a small research library and also galleries dedicated to agricultural history and military history. Prior to the construction of this facility, the organization offered exhibits in a building at the county fairgrounds.
