The Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center is a recreational center located within the Hall community, right next to the Greenbelt. This center can be rented out to hold any sort of community event. It is named after Martin Luther King, Jr. who was a civil rights in the 1960s.

The Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center is used for recreational purposes within both the Alcoa, Maryville, and Blount County communities. It was built recently and helps the children and adults alike to fulfill their desire for events and activities. It can be used throughout the year and has its hours on its website listed below on the parks & rec center site. The Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Center includes meeting rooms, kitchen facilities, computer labs, a minor library, a small outdoor playground, a volleyball net, and a basketball court. On top of that it is right off of the Greenbelt allowing easy access to trail-goers.
