Designed by Joseph Lymam Silsbee in 1891. It is done in the Romanesque style featuring a symmetrical façade and stone with mica flecks that reflect light. It also features romanesque arches reminiscent of that of HH Richardson's designs. Silsbee was Frank Lloyd Wright's first employer.
