Designed by Henry Ives Cobb in 1887, It features elements of both Queen Anne & Romanesque including a 2 story tower-like bay with a steeply pitched roof. The houses were designed to fit an irregularly shaped trapezoid lot, off-set from each other by 45 degrees.
