Built in 1919, St. Joseph's Catholic Church is significant for its architecture and association with the local Catholic community. As for architecture, the church is a restrained but fine example of the Gothic Revival style. It features Gothic windows, a main entrance with Gothic tracery above the doors, a steepled tower, and brick buttresses. Jesuit missionaries founded the congregation in 1908. The church was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
The historical significance of First Baptist Church, which was built in 1931, lies in its design and construction. It is a well-preserved example of the Craftsman style and was built with logs. It features typical Craftsman elements such as a low-pitched roof, overhanging eaves with exposed rafter ends, broad gables, and exposed log ends at the corners. First Baptist Church was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.
This historic home was built in 1914 by James J. Sullivan, who was a prominent and influential local businessman in the early 20th century. The house is also a good example of Craftsman architecture, featuring typical elements of that style such as a low-pitched roof with exposed rafters, gabled dormers, and decorative brick porch columns. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places for its Craftsman design and connection to Sullivan.
The Big Horn County Courthouse has served as the seat of county government since its construction in 1937. In addition to its role in local government, the building is also notable for the fact that it was constructed with funds from the Works Progress Administration (WPA), which was of the federal agencies during the Great Depression that provided jobs to Americans. Lastly, the courthouse is a fine example of Art Deco architecture, featuring a rose-colored limestone facade and decorative cast concrete elements. It is a contributing property of the Commercial District, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Originally built by German businessman Anton Becker in 1908, the historic Hotel Becker building stands prominently on the corner of 2nd Street and Center Avenue. It is three-stories tall and features a red-brick exterior with decorative cream brickwork. Most notably it also features a diagonal tower on the southeast corner covered in pressed metal. A metal roof with a small baroque dormer and a flag pole are located on top. The former hotel is a contributing property of the Commercial District, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The building appears to be vacant as of July 2020.
