The backstory and context for this site are currently being developed. This site will be added to the Downtown Baileys Harbor Historical Walking Tour. A variety of sources will be consulted in order to generate the text for this section of the site information. This tour will be one element of the Baileys Harbor "silent sports" initiative which will provide a categorized directory of non-motorized activities in Baileys Harbor. This initiative is currently in the conceptualization stage. A small team of volunteers is creating a prototype index which will be shared with a larger group of interested parties for review.
