- 此七言對聯寓意深遠, 卡城和華埠經歷多年時間, 發展了不少建設。 昔日滄海桑田的景象, 經過歷代人的努力, 如今眼前這個城市已變得熱鬧繁華。
- 一副標準的對聯，它最本質的特徵是“對仗”。當它用口頭表達時，是語言對仗，當它寫出來時，是文字對仗。言對仗的含義是什麼呢？通常我們提到要求字數相等、詞性相對、平仄相拗、句法相同這四項，四項中最關鍵的是字數相等和平仄相拗。
- 以此對聯為例，“千載” 對 “百年”, 同樣反映時間之長的意思。“卡城” 對 “華埠”, 指出兩個地方的名詞, 而 “建基業” 對 “歷滄桑” 兩句意思相對, 意境瀟灑深遠。

- This 7-character couplet has far-reaching implications. Calgary and Chinatown have developed a lot of construction over the years. The scene fluctuations of life in the past, through the efforts of generations. The city in front of us has become lively and prosperous
- A standard couplet, its most essential feature is "antithesis". When it is expressed orally, it is the battle of language, and when it is written, it is the battle of words. What is the meaning of confrontation? Usually, we refer to the 4 items requiring the same number of words, relative parts of speech, flat and oblique, and the same syntax. The most important of the 4 items are the equal number of words and obfuscated
- Taking the couplet as an example, "a thousand years" and "a hundred years" also reflect the meaning of a long time. "Calgary" and "Chinatown" point out the nouns of 2 places, while "building foundation" and "survived through difficult time" have opposite meanings, and the artistic conception is chic and profound
