Ott Hall was formerly known as the Frank Disston Property. Eastern acquired this building and named it Ott Hall in honor of its donor, Wallace Ott. Since then, Ott Hall has been the home for many different departments on campus. Built in 1930, this three-story 11,042 square foot building just underwent its latest change: becoming the home for the President and Cabinet Team, Campolo Scholars, and Finance Team. Renovations including an infrastructure and aesthetic makeover began in January 2024 and were completed in early September 2024.

Ott Hall was formerly known as the Frank Disston Property. Eastern acquired this building and named it Ott Hall in honor of its donor, Wallace Ott. When it was first obtained and renovated, it served as the home for administrative offices which were moved to make room in Walton for library expansion, and the bookstore. The building was dedicated on Saturday, September 20th, 1958.

Since then, Ott Hall has been the home for many different departments on campus. From the Communications Department (now Marketing & Communications), to the Alumni & Advancement Department, and even Admissions, Human Resources, Security, Finance & Operations, and Information Technology, Ott Hall has always hosted primarily administrative teams for the university.

Updates included the construction of a ramp extending from the front of the building, visible from the separated driveway accessible from Fairview Drive.
