Holley's passion for history has taken her to two different presidential libraries on the East and West Coast. After graduating from the University of Florida with a B.A. in History, Holley moved to the Hudson Valley and spent five months interning at the FDR Library. At the Library, she conducted research and wrote an article on Franklin Roosevelt, assisted with installing Madeleine Albright's "Read My Pins" exhibit, and helped coordinate "A Conversation with Madeleine Albright." After the internship, Holley worked with the National Park Service restoring original photographs at Eleanor Roosevelt's home, Val-Kill. In California at the Nixon Foundation, Holley served as a Development Associate as well as a Research Assistant. In the latter role, she researched and composed two online exhibits on Pat Nixon, and created an exhibit on the former first lady at the University of Southern California. With a passion for leadership and nonprofits as well, Holley served as the Program Assistant for the Girls' Leadership Worldwide Program at the Eleanor Roosevelt Center, which hosted 84 high school age girls from all over the world. Holley has also done extensive work in history as a freelancer, writing short biographies, conducting research for authors, editing manuscripts, and more.
