I have a love of American history and culture. I have a BA in American culture studies and history from Bowling Green State University. Currently, I am serving a third term of AmeriCorps service. Having recently moved back to southern Ohio, I am working with Ohio's Winding Road and Little Cities of Black Diamonds to help share, promote, and preserve the rich history that lie within the hills of southeast Ohio. The Hocking Valley has played an instrumental role in that nation's labor, conservation, and immigration narrative. I hope to continue to do what I can to share, preserve, and draw attention to rich stories and heritage that lie within Appalachian Ohio.
