Nathan Scarritt Home

The Nathan Scarritt Home was built around 1852 by Dr. J. O. Boggs. The home is the oldest standing frame house in Westport. In the 1850s, Rev. Nathan Scarritt of the Westport Methodist Church resided in the home.Dr. and Mrs. John Parker later resided in the home. Both father and son of the Parker's were prominent physicians in the area. Byers 3, an interior and antique store now occupies the building.
