The Transportation of the West Museum, located on the East side of the historic Fassett Building, incorporates early modes of transportation used in the San Luis Valley from the floor of the valley to the mining camps.Items on display include those of the horse and buggy days, the 1880s-1900s railroad, farming, sports, and numerous photographs.
