Designed by Andrew Sandegren in 1914, this building has numerous bays and gables that break up the large mass and affect its proportions in relation to other buildings on the street. There is a string course around the building at sill height that serves to unify the house. The elaborate chimneys and battlements are typical of Jacobean Revival details.
