Designed by Alfred S. Alschuler in 1926, this 14 story Georgian Revival has projecting central bays with the top floor set-back to break continuity of large brick walls. There is a Rusticated terracotta base followed by 2 story pilasters topped with a cornice on the 3rd & 4th floors.
